Other comments | 3 month retrospective report;score of ≥ 8 suggests DIMS. Can be used in primary care setting and is easy-to-read. Represents a modified subset of the bigger Sleep Disturbance Scale for Children 5 questions form the original Bruni questionnaire (Questions1, 2, 3, 5, and 6) 5 newer questions dealing with: 4 questions address nighttime awakenings and the child’s need for parental intervention (Questions 4, 7, 8, and 9) 1 question addresses the parents’ perception of their child’s sleep habits. |
