Fergal Keane reports from Mariupol on Ukraine's 'frozen conflict'

The government in Ukraine has said that, for the first time in seven months, a day has passed with no civilians or soldiers being killed.

More than 4,000 people have died in the conflict, which began shortly after Ukraine's Russian-backed president was toppled by protests in February.

For many civilians caught up in the fighting the impact has been devastating.
